We lost numerous shingles during hurricane Helene and after contacting our insurance carrier I called Pinnacle Roofing to have them inspect our roof. Pinnacle response was immediate and they made an emergency repair and walked us through the process of filing our claim. After the insurance adjuster determined we needed a new roof we called Pinnacle for their estimate. Pinnacle reviewed the insurance estimate for completeness and when we got our initial insurance check Pinnacle came out and installed our new roof. They had our new roof installed in less than a day and did an awesome job. The crew was thorough and very respectful of our house. Dylan McMaine from Pinnacle Roofing was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was here during the installation to make sure things went smoothly. Josh Cantrell did an exceptional job. He and Ben took our claim to Allstate and provided the necessary documentation that they requested and after many emails got our claim approved. Then his crew came and put on our new roof. They worked tirelessly in difficult weather conditions to complete our roof. They are very professional and friendly and did a great job.
