Fantastic mini mall for the well-to-do. Upscale shops, sleek layout, and a vibe that says, “Treat yourself.” Whether you're window shopping or dropping serious coin, it’s a polished little gem in downtown Portland. A perfect mix of luxury and leisure.

One of Portland proper’s urban malls, basically right in the middle of downtown. The two four-story buildings - each occupying an entire block - sit on either side of 4th Ave and are connected by a skybridge overhead. This place used to be a lot busier pre-pandemic; you see a lot of empty stores now, but there’s still Nike, Gucci, Zara and the Regal theater holding down the fort. Punch Bowl Social — a kind of diner/bar meets game room with a bowling alley attached — sits on the third floor if you want to get a drink before you hit the movie.

The historic roots and charm of Portland are evident in the Pioneer Place District. The brick sidewalks , architectural masterpieces and trolley takes me back to the 1800s... Until I see the repurposed store fronts.. Gucci, Tiffany,Polo, Apple...etc.

It certainly is a beautiful mall. It has great beautiful artistic designs. Plentiful shopping areas and there's even a movie theater. There's a Ding Tai Fung.
