He called to let us know of his arrival time, showed up with the right equipment and quickly diagnosed the problem. This made the repairs quick. Also, he took away all the garbage and packaging. Cat LThere were 2 recent call outs to Pioneer. One was for a pipe burst due to freezing weather. Gary from Pioneer arrived early! The second was a routine furnace and hot water tank check. Leo was awesome for checking on furnace and tank. Gary was incredible. Professional, knowledgeable and everything one always wants when in a crisis. Gary was quick to diagnose the complex issue and area of burst pipe, behind an awkward wall of a 1910 triplex. He was so kind and beyond excellent about explaining what was going on as well the solution. I have met many plumbers over the years of having this 114 year old house, Gary was exemplary . An absolute authentic brilliant professional. Far too often plumbing companies exploit and make one feel like they’ve ensnared prey.Happily this was not the case! Will absolutely give Pioneer the highest recommendation and would definitely call them again.. Huge Thank You to Gary. You’re the GOAT..
