Jim HarpellWas driving on highway 2 north of Airdrie and a rock the size of a soccer ball flew off the trailer and hit my windshield. $400 damage. I stopped the drive and ask for the dispatch number and he gave it to me. I call them and said to send pictures and I did in a email. I received an email stating that they are not responsible for road debris and to contact my insurance company. I called the HSE of this company and he said I said they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m just glad it was me driving and not a young family. This could have been a nightmare. My suggestion is to never use this company as it has unsafe equipment for the road. They should train the operators to check and remove all loose debris from truck and trailer. Be safe out there on the roads.

Before I could say anything he started screaming at me get out! I swear I’ll call the police get out now!!! so I just went on my way.
