Tuckers Plumbing does FANTASTIC work! They are always our go- to plumbers! They do it all. We have had many services from them over the years from underground repipes to clogged sinks- they are fast, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy and affordable! Just yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Mike who was the best plumber yet! He took care of a clog in our bathtub and he was so courteous, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I highly recommend Tuckers Plumbing- Oh, and Tuckers- if you’re reading this, your employee, Mike is wonderful! He deserves a raise. 😊

These guys are the best! Today, I had a line going to my water pump break, and it turned into quite the project where I had to do the entire line to the well. I brought in the pieces. I thought I might need from deconstructing it and these guys got me dialed in. By the time I got home, it only took 20 minutes with their good advice and help finding the right parts to get it all plumbed in and re-prime my pump. I appreciate you guys big time and I will be coming back for anything plumbing related that I need. If anyone is looking for a place to come for plumbing supplies or services. This is the spot in my opinion.

Appointment was at 8:30 he showed up at 9:45, the employee came in and ran the shower water then goes downstairs to the unit under me for about 10minutes. He came back up and ran the sink water, he ran back downstairs for another 10 minutes. He came back upstairs and said everything was good to go then he left. Sink and shower still leaking!!! I called the business and couldn't get any help over the phone so im having to drive to see what was performed during the time he was here and why he left saying everything was good and then when I went to check the sink and shower are still actively leaking. Would not recommend

We had a water heater replaced and some of the water pipes changed. We went from a 50 gallon to a 30 gallon that sat on a stand off the floor. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work that was done. My problem comes with the pricing. When I got the bid, after they came to the house and looked at the job, I was told by the employee that he had given me a great price break, and the price of $1350. included everything. When I booked the appointment, I specifically reviewed the cost. I asked him if that was everything, including labor, pipes and stand. I told him I didn't want any surprises. He said that the price included EVERYTHING. When the job was complete and I was presented with the bill, I was told that the original quote of $1350 didn't include the stand, so I now owed $1450. I told the employee that I had been assured I would only owe $1350, and he said he knew that the stand had been left off the price because he installs a lot of the same unit and the cost is always $1350, plus $100 for the stand. I paid it and called the office. I spoke to the man who had come out and given me the original bid. I told him I felt as if I had been scammed, that he had lied to me. He assured me he was sorry and would speak to Mr. Tucker about sending me a refund for the $100. I have never heard from them again. We have another large job we need done. We won't be calling Tucker back. Get your quote in writing. Don't trust the phone bid
