I can't thank Chris enough for the fantastic service! I had warning lights come up on my car unexpectedly, and he was able to look at the car and sort the issue quickly. He diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and took care of the problem in no time.

In terms of actual work done I can't fault newbury motors, Chris is brilliant and informative and has done my MOT twice for me. Unfortunately the whole company is let down by the miserable elderly lady that takes the calls and runs reception - she is extremely rude, dismissive and has the kind of tone of voice where she just wants you to either hurry up and get off the phone, or out of the building. I have spoken to her 3 times now to book mot's and work done to my car, and every time she had given the impression she doesn't even want to be there. A great shame as aside from her terrible customer service I can't fault the company From her attitude she won't be there much longer anyway, good riddance!

Unacceptable service and not willing to help the customer unless they are paid there and then. Asked them to send a report to my warranty and they advised I find someone else because they are busy. Guess it required a bit of effort, but I thought this is what customer service is. I guess they could have told me they don’t want to help in the first place and have me wait for a whole weekend driving a broken car. Shame, coz I would get both my cars fixed there. Find a garage somewhere else you all !
