Today, I talked to a lady, I guess she was Caroll, but when she picked up she hadn't even listened to what I was trying to say, she just quickly made her statement: "We do not ship out of the state" and hung up the phone right away. She sounded sarcastic and arrogant. I always surprised when I "met" such a people like this. Destroying their online reputation with small silly act like this. Wow, Such a terrible manner in business. Any company these days, should be more open to new potential partnerships, and not just rely on the existing ones. Not recommend to anyone who wants to work with such a company which do not want to do business with other smaller businesses.
