The company’s customer service is utterly unacceptable, rendering it unworthy of any recognition. It is imperative that they either cease operations or sell their business to an individual capable of managing it effectively and professionally. Furthermore, there is a glaring inconsistency between the price labels displayed on their products and the actual prices charged at the counter.

I've been visiting here recently getting a few items here there with my family,service A1, the warehouse workers are super helpful with helping me find things,but I have one problem , the heat is aggressive here,I asked the workers of fans,they say that they are shut down when they turn on themselves,nothing in the isles what so ever? Came in almost an hour before appt n got met by someone right away and docked. Offload was fast, waiting for papers was long. about 2 hour wait for papers, 2 1/2 hours total. Very friendly people. Lumper fee high 320$ for 2/3 trailer. Overal not too bad 👍 Oh yeah ... Docking is blindsided, turning around only possible if no other trucks. This person turned around but nearly hit cab on trailer at 1 moment !

Unloading is a little slow. So plan for that. There's also no access to a restroom for OTR drivers. That's typical for CA. If your rig is any longer than 80ft, you'll have to make a blindside alley dock. Receiving opens at 0500pst.
