Crappy crappy service don’t higher a person if they can’t talk English. In an English French city I call ask if they have a specific kind of vape he says he think he has. It. I say can u look make shure u have it so I don’t walk down thier for nothing. Lazy piece of. _ _ _ _ won’t get off his ass to look tells me I have walk down thier for him to look so he can screw me for force me in to getting a nother crap kind I don’t. Like. Like last time that not someone. U want. Representing your business specially, if you won’t do anything for a customer I give 0 but can’t
My boyfriend comes from Montreal to buy his vapes here. Great service and good prices!
I purchased a pod device on August 27th. When I bought it I was told by the guy who served me to keep the receipt and if there's any problems to bring it back. Cut to October 15th and one of the buttons breaks on the device. I brought it back with all packaging and the receipt to exchange it for a working version. The manager abruptly said they won't take it back because the manufacturer only covers battery issues for that model. The receipt said 12 months warranty for manufacturers defects (I'd say a button breaking within 50 days of use is a manufacturers defect), but the manager still refused to do anything. This isn't a case of the retailer thinking the customer caused the damage; if you saw the defect, there's no question that it is the cause of poor manufacturing. This is the more classic case that the manager doesn't want to pull money out of the cash register once it's in there. This retailer obviously doesn't stand by the products they sell, and they certainly don't care about the fact that the customers they're supposed to serve lose money. There are 2 other retailers in town (I don't want to name them because I don't want this to look like a fake review) that are excellent with their customer service and offer 3 & 6 month warranties and explicitly told me had I brought them this device the way it is they would 100% exchange it. Just ask them when you're purchasing what their warranties are for devices. This retailer lost $1000/year in business from me due to this very selfish transaction. I truly hope a bunch of you reading this make the same decision to bring your business to another retailer who earns it. UPDATE: The Retailer responded with a "sorry", and continues to refuse to be accountable for the products he sells. Putting the responsibility on the manufacturer shows you do not take care of your customer over your own bottom line. I'd also like to point out that the manufacturer is not even a part of the return process for the retailer. The retailer sends back faulty products to the DISTRIBUTOR who would then credit their account. I stand by my review, and sincerely hope the community votes with their dollars and supports the local businesses that support them back.
Excellent service and the employees are always so welcoming and easy to get along with. I go in once a week and i have yet to be let down. Very knowledgable on the juices and very helpful when picking a new vape or juice
