The people were very nice and honest, with very fair prices and my vehicle was fixed quickly. however, after receiving my car back, my car was infested with ants (my interior is clean with no crumbs, trash, etc.) and has continued to stay infested 3 weeks following me getting my car back no matter how much i have cleaned or vacuumed my car. 5 stars for service, 1 star for the ant infestation.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. My daughter is a GCSU student. Car wouldn't start, had it towed here. They quoted a part replacement needed $1100+. We proceeded and guess what the car still wouldn't start. They then say "oh it also needs xxx part, and we can't do that repair." They should have initially said, we have to start with this repair, but that might not fix it, we won't know until we replace that. Very disingenuous and in my opinion took advantage of a young female college student. So now it's being towed to ATL to repair at my usual place. I asked why they wouldn't have said that they weren't sure if the repair they stated it needed was everything that would be required instead of leading us to believe it was, and his reply was "I would never say that to a customer". This is why everyone is dubious about repair shops. They obviously don't know how to repair European cars but will gladly take your money.
