They did an absolutely fabulous job on repairing my 2024 Prius Prime that was rear ended. Unfortunately, as with anything, a vehicle may never be able to be absolutely 100% perfect to pre-accident condition, but they absolutely did a damn good job making it as good as it absolutely could possibly be to the fact that you cannot tell just looking at or inspecting the vehicle extremely closely without knowing exactly what you're looking for that it was ever wrecked. They also did another piece of work for relatively minor damage to the a-pillar of the vehicle separate from the wreck, and it looks absolutely flawless. Front office staff was also extremely helpful and courteous during the entire process as well.

Do not take your vehicle here. They are for the insurance company and they will cut corners. The molding in the bumper was not replace when I got there. On top of that they try to blend scratches with a brush making it thick and running. He said it was complementary I’m like how it looks like crap.They should have left the scratches alone.

Amazing! I was supposed to drop my car off this weekend. I called and told them I needed it sooner, so that same day, a Tuesday, they fit me in THAT day. They told me to come drop my car off. They had to replace the bumper. To my surprise and delight, they called me on Thursday and told me that I would most likely be able to pick my car up the next day, Friday! I called them on Friday, and indeed, my car was ready to be picked up. The bumper was painted and fitted to my car perfectly. You can't even tell it was ever damaged. I am overall super pleased with the quality of service I received from Pittman's. It may have taken a couple of months to get a drop-off appointment, but there's a REASON. The reason is that they are popular and in-demand. They are popular and in-demand because they are good and their quality of service is very high. They know what they're doing and they provide amazing service and good work on your car. You will not be disappointed if you take your car to Pittman's! Would certainly recommend this place to my friends. If you have damage on your car that is drivable, deal with it looking bad for a couple weeks while you wait on an appointment with Pittman's. You won't regret it!

I've had to use them on several occasions, and they have top notch customer service. Marion is great to deal with when making estimates, and will always make time for you. My vehicles always look like new when I get them back.
