☺️ I highly recommend Jen, especially if you have a nervous pup. Our one eyed eskie was a nervous growler and failed every grooming attempt; I had other groomers call me to pickup a soaking wet dog they were afraid to finish. Then, we found Jen! She was confident that she could help us and she was so great with him, understanding and caring. She ended up being our groomer for years, and our little guy is now passed, rest his little soul 😇. I'm excited to know she now has her own salon that we can bring our next pup to.

Highly recommended. Jen and her daughters are great with pets!. Call first, even for walk in...if busy, they call right back. Brought my 2 dogs for nail trims. Jen is so good! Usually Ruby gets nervous and snaps, but didn't. No muffle required. Jen talked Ruby thru it and was pain free with no cries. Definitely going to return. The compassion and care are unmatched. Drove from the airport area to Bankesville Ave. , as Jen was recommended to me. So glad we did.
