The employees are friendly and helpful. I removed 2 stars for double-booking - that is the reason I won't be using this company again. I was literally left alone for the second half of my session while the therapist worked with another patient. He didn't notice that I was done with my exercises, and that I was sitting there waiting, or even when I got up and left. I had physical therapy in a few other places, and this was the only one where I had my sessions double-booked every single time.

This is my first time using Pivot In Pikesville for physical therapy. McKenzie is my therapist. She is absolutely awesome. But all you of the therapists are very personable. They treat you more like you are a friend than a patient. They sanitize immediately after each patient uses the equipment or lies on a bed. They patiently explain why they are doing everything that they do, especially when it doesn’t make sense to us. I really like this facility and would strongly recommend them to others! 😊👍🏽

The experience I had with everyone at Pivot was great. I mainly worked with Corey and CJ who are absolutely wonderful. The level of patient care and genuine concern is amazing. I believe if it were not for the physical therapists at Pivot I would not have made the amount of progress I did.

Thank you Pivot! The entire staff is not only Professional but Delightful. Informed, Motivating and Patient. Providing support and even the occasional extra “push” (encouragement) when needed. All the while helping me to hold on and keep trying. Without their expertise and compassion, I might well have given up.
