Ordered a small sized tandoori spiced chicken pizza. It was tasty, fresh and served the true flavors of all ingredients. However, the downsides keep coming in. Ambiance, tidiness of this place is below par. Definitely not ideal to sit and eat there. It took almost 30mins to get our pizza and $23 for a small pizza? it just doesn’t make sense. Restroom is broken as well. However, I am glad to try this place. TOGO pizza eaters, try here for sure!
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, especially for local restaurants I try to support, but after my recent experience at Twist pizza on Concord Boulevard, I feel compelled to share. I ordered a large pizza with wings and a soda, and the total was around $50 when I called in. However, when I arrived to pick up the order, I was charged $65—no explanation for the price change. On top of that, the food quality was disappointing. The pizza was small and didn’t taste great, and overall, the experience left me frustrated. The customer service was poor, and it honestly felt like they didn’t care about their customers. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are much better options out there.
