Knowledgeable, fast, efficient and responsive. They delivered the product were done the roof removal and installation in one day. For the removal and installation of the gutters same deal. The few deficiencies were addressed in full and in a timely manner. Crews were great and insured the cleanup was well done. For deficiencies the person coming out was fantastic and did a wonderful job. From quote to finished project I would highly recommend this company.

I would have given Epic 5 stars for the excellent customer service. However the sub-contractor Epic assigned to replace the siding for the whole house caused us a lot of stress and grief. The unprofessional work only deserves 3 stars. Here are only a few pictures which show the unprofessional work that the sub-contractor did. I would recommend Epic to friends and family if Epic can assure the sub-contractor they assign to the homeowner is reliable and provides good quality of work.

Epic Roofing were the preferred contractors from our insurance company that handled the hail claim of the exteriors of our house. Overall the team at Epic was very good. Craig B was the project manager, Paul the Estimator and all the other trades. Roof and sidings were done well, minor issues were handled quickly and to my satisfaction. There was a tree that was damaged by one of the trades - this was handled fairly by Craig I am still waiting for the final report and warranty information from Epic - have been following up for two weeks. Hope I get this shortly.

Epic completed our hail repairs after the 2024 hailstorm. We went with Hardie siding and are very pleased with the end result. All of their crews (roofing, eaves, and siding) worked efficiently to complete the project. I was especially happy with things like the organization of the worksite, the cleanup they did everyday, and the pleasant work atmosphere that all three crews had. I didn’t have to worry about cleaning up nails, gates to fences being left open, trash being left behind, listening to loud music, or an unsafe site after hours. The house looks fantastic, and we are glad we used Epic for our exterior renovation project. Special thanks to the Hardie crew, they worked long hours to complete the job quickly, didn’t take any shortcuts, worked safely, and were helpful in providing good ideas to some design elements specific to our house. Well done!
