Beatriz was in charge of our day of coordination, decorating the ceremony, reception and cocktail area. Beatriz was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding! I began my planning roughly 8 months before the wedding. I was looking for a coordinator who was within my budget and open to my style preference. I located Plan Bea Events in a Facebook group after searching for a while. Right off the start she was eager to be a part of the planning. The line of communication was always open, and I never felt like I was alone in the process. I was the type of bride that had a specific vision for what I wanted my day to look like, and she was more than willing to work with me. Any question I had or suggestion was easily managed. In the end, she helped me not only decorate my entire wedding but made the whole process enjoyable. When my original florist didn’t work out, Beatriz offered her services for my bouquet and boutonnieres for the day. The flowers were fresh and arranged by her, all with my inspiration in mind. My bouquet was just what I envisioned and all of my bridesmaids had beautiful little bouquets as well. My wedding was what it was because of her! If you are looking for someone dependable, friendly and welcoming, Beatriz is the right person for your wedding day. I could not recommend her more. I had a last minute pickup situation that could have created issues for me the day of, but Beatriz went all the way to my hotel to make sure that my seat cushions were picked up and placed for the reception area. I felt well taken care of by everyone on my wedding day, and Beatriz and her team were certainly the reason the day went by so smoothly and looked beautiful!

Plan Bea Events was absolutely amazing to work with. I had the pleasure to work with them for a year and a half before my wedding. My husband and I were one of their "oldest" clients, and I'm so glad we got to work with them for so long. Beatriz was so incredibly helpful along the way. Any questions that arose along the way, were answered within minutes. She gave me so many ideas to help put my vision together. We had several meetings/meet ups along the way. I feel as though we became friends! She really knew how to calm a stressed bride down...lol The day before the wedding, we were able to set up at the venue. She was there the second she was able to start - actually earlier. When we arrived, she already had starting unpacking her car and filling the venue with all of her beautiful decor. She and her husband Jason are SO on top of it. They made sure everything looked absolutely perfect. When I saw the venue for the first time on my wedding day, I was in complete shock. It was the most beautiful reception that I've ever seen. Every single detail was on point, perfectly placed - from the florals all the way to the small photo frames with photos of us in them placed along the walls. It is now 3 weeks after our wedding, and everyday, I'm constantly reliving it over and over again in my head. Beatriz, Jason, and her team made our day nothing shy of perfect and we had the absolute best day ever. They're so helpful, kind, and best of all....FUN!!! We enjoyed our time with them so much and are so sad it has all come to a close, but this won't be the end of it for us. We will absolutely stay in touch and use them again for future bigger events. I would recommend Plan Bea Events to anyone and everyone - no questions asked. <3

Beatriz and her team did an outstanding job bringing our vision to life for my daughters Quinceañera. The attention to detail and support through this process was fantastic. Having Beatriz as my Day of coordinator was the best decision. Because of her I was able to be in the moment and enjoy every minute with my family.
