This gym has deteriorated drastically over the past year. My wife and I have been members for several years, and while things were fine earlier, the new management is careless and unresponsive. They only reach out when it’s time for renewal, but never bother to answer calls or address concerns otherwise. The dumbbell racks are broken, the AC hasn’t worked for months, and despite repeated complaints at the reception and the trainers, nothing has been fixed. The place feels suffocating as it’s closed from all sides, making workouts extremely uncomfortable. We’re deeply frustrated and disappointed, which is why we’re leaving this review in the hope that the management finally takes responsibility and that potential new members don’t end up regretting their decision to join.

New Management is never responding to issues raised by members. It is now more thana month ACs are not working & no remedial measures are taken, Even treadmills are non-functioning for months together. Trainers have no clues or acts innocence when asked about the issues being faced by us. I am member since 2006 but now will have to think if this is going to be the way
