This was my first visit here and I had a great experience. Ms. Ramey made me feel very comfortable. I’m a quiet person and the conversations didn’t feel forced or awkward. I don’t normally get my hair done a lot for that reason. I went ahead and booked my next appointment with her because it was a good & pleasant experience. My hair looks and feels amazing. It’s exactly what I wanted ☺️

My son and I have been clients of Karie's at Planet Salon in Frankfort for many years! She saw him through his wiggle years and ushered him into his teens. I trust her completely with both of our hair- and I just love my time in her chair. The new location can come with some parking challenges and feel loud, but be mindful of that when booking and you will be OK! The atmosphere is welcoming, the price is very fair. I imagine I'd feel confident with most stylists there, and feel confident the salon would make it right should something go wrong. Everyone is always kind when we visit, and now that my son is going on his own he seems to still have the same experience.

I've been getting my hair cut at Planet Salon since 2017. I was tired of getting bad haircuts at other places and decided to go see a professional. Karie did an amazing job and continues to make me look like a million bucks before she lets me leave her chair.
