Review of Ashley I was roughly 34-35 weeks pregnant and lost a lot of hair due to iron deficiency. My hair was completely choppy all over. I truly believed it could not be saved. Ashley was a gem- she was gentle without judgment and was able to give me a haircut that I felt looked really good although I miss my long locks of my past. She took extra time to do the best she could section by section blending and blending to ensure I didn’t look like a straggly mess that I came in with. Unfortunately, I wish there was before and after photos as I was so shocked how she did it. Unfortunately, my iron levels dropped significantly more- however the haircut is holding up! She was awesome.

Went to get my haircut and was very impressed,willow was very friendly and explained everything she was doing every step of the way, would recommend her anytime to anybody, great job willow you get a 10 out of 10.

I had the worst experience at this salon. Before you even think about going in there PLEASE READ WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. My hair was ruined including my $80.00 sweater that the OWNER called a "hobbo" sweater. We were PROMISED to have our money back from what happened but when the owner called my mom she said she's only giving her back $45.00 and then called my sweater a hobbo sweater and hung up on her. I'm from Toronto, and I was leaving to Los Angeles the next day for work. I told the girl at the beginning what I wanted done, a bleach and showed her a reference picture. She put highlights in my hair which I did not want, and have never liked on myself ever. She spent the next 4 hours trying to make my hair one solid colour which ended up making it look worse, and really orange in other places. She even asked me if I put my hair up often which I now know why because underneath was never touched. I really appreciated the fact she spent so much time trying to fix my hair, I even emailed the salon about how I appreciated that the next day. But now that the owner got involved, I am REALLY not happy and will not stop until we get our money back from my hair and my sweater. So my mom goes in today to talk to the owner WHO ISNT EVEN THERE. Very unprofessional the way this was handled and you should reconsider what you do if this is how you treat your customers.
