I received a "one day pass" in the form of a post card, clipped on my windshield while I was at a business event. I decided to go by and check it out the next day. It was located in an industrial area and was not the easiest to find. I had to do a few U-turns to get there. I guess it's not very accurate on google maps. Once I got there, there was no one in the front desk and no one inside. I did find one person who rented an office space there. The place is nice but there really wasn't anyone there so I left. It would be pretty awkward to just sit down and start working... It's was also very silent, no music or anything.

The owner is very Unprofessional he does not keep his word and he’s very selective of who he wants to treat well. I made arrangements to move into my independent office which the conversation happened between me and the owner months before. I had originally left the space because the cubicles were not suitable for my organization as we are growing really fast. When leaving I’ve made my mind not to come back because the space is not doable for us. The owner that contacted me in November asking me if I would still need the bigger office space and I said yes it would help my company then we made arrangement that I will be moving my stuff into my own office on December 1st. There has been text messages proving our conversation on December 1, 2023 one of my staff went into the space the main door was on lock which is a huge security issue meaning that there’s a high risk of peoples items being stolen. Then when we enter into our room there was an individual sleeping on the floor this is not the first time I’ve seen people sleeping in the spaces it seems like the owner is using the space to rent out For personal use not just business. Then when we contacted the owner he’s switch up the plans that we had and coming up with excuses to why we can’t have the space December 1. This really screwed my company up as we had important meetings that was scheduled for December 1 going. The owner is a very racist individual extremely disrespectful he swore at me and talk to me Like I’m nobody he threw me under the bus nothing about The damages it will cost my company. All I wanted for him to be transparent if you knew that you’re not gonna give me the space just say it from beginning but don’t bring up stories because you are in a trap situation and it’s one of your friends are staying in the office and you’re being extremely selective I do not advise anyone to use the space it has a lot of security issue the doors are always unlocked Weatherby the front door or the back door there’s no safety in this place and I’m glad that I didn’t even pursue and staying there because this place is garbage is dirty there’s roaches there’s mouse which people have been complaining. Everything happens for a reason if you want your computer company to grow do not go and rent there.I will be doing a TickTock and sharing this bad experience with this owner and they will go viral because such individual should not be given the chance to run such business.
