Don't bother sending your car here for a service thinking you'll get the full main dealer package of a wash so you have a nice clean car to come away with. If you sit and wait for the service they don't bother contemplating washing it as they don't want to "keep you waiting longer" surely they could let you know this on booking and ask if you'd like it done. I'm sure most people would still say yes to an all inclusive wash, not an equitable service for all when you see others driving away in nice clean cars. Why is it customer service is so bad these days, they don't seem to think they can speak to you any more. Not planning to return for service or new car purchase that's for sure.
