I want to recognize the outstanding service I received from Sobi, the store supervisor. My original online order had a quality defect and broke within a week. I then placed an in-store replacement order, but unfortunately, it wasn’t delivered for over a month. When I came into the store to explain my situation, Sobi went above and beyond to help me. She reached out to the customer service department on my behalf and expedited the resolution. She also explained clearly what had happened and what the next steps would be, which made me feel informed and cared for throughout the process.
