Update: Kiley at Wish contacted me ASAP and worked out an exchange for me. I was so happy with the level of service and how much they cared to make sure that I was taken care of. Thanks so much Wish - this is greatly appreciated... I was really loving this store until I purchased a pair of shoes on line. I needed to see if I could exchange for one size larger and they said no on the phone and it wasnt a pleasant call either. I was so disappointed as they have now lost me as client and one that was shopping every week at their store all summer. Very unfortunate.
