Very sad, rude and frustrated Lady at receiving/ dispatch desk doesn’t know how to talk Company should ask her if there’s anything she requires to behave normally, she might need some help !

I had the worst experience at [PMC logistics 7542 progress way, Delta]. The girl at dispatch was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, they act as if we are an inconvenience to them. I asked a simple question, and the employee rolled their eyes and gave me a sarcastic response. To make things worse, they spoke down to me and other customers, showing zero respect. It’s shocking that a business can operate with such poor customer service. If you don’t want to be treated with attitude and disrespect, I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I personally never want to see those girls again working in the management with poor communication skills. I would either like to do negative reviews in -5 ⭐️. if it ever possible by google. Just 1 ⭐️ for guys who are working inside WH (freezer) always helpful and nice to their costumer.
