Went there for the first time for color and trim and everything was great, taking one star off because I’m still waiting for the first few washes to see the actual color in my hair. Otherwise it was great. Next I’ll try their facials.

Very very expensive. I told them I recently moved here and was looking for good saloon. But they still charged me double of everything. I told them I saw your website prices and those are different thatswhy I came. They made lame excuses that our website designer is sick so website is not updated. I Can’t take it anymore. They charged $170 for hair dye and simple cutting. I lost my big amount of money so I never ever going there again.

I have been at this salon twice for brow threading, first time left the place with cuts and was suggested to get brow wax for next. Went again on Saturday and they waxed and removed skin from under my brows along with wax. The whole experience was so bad, attaching pictures to show the damage and how raw the skin was. I have scabs forming!

A month ago Gaitri rescued me from a highlight disaster one week before my wedding using toner (thank you!). Today she corrected it permanently by using 2 colours and was very careful to get the red shade I was asking for. The haircut is great as well. A different lady did the colouring and she was very thorough and gentle. My only suggestion is to turn off CP24 and the red billboard so it's more relaxing. Very reasonable prices. I'll definitely return!
