I recently used Plaza Travel Center for a trip to Sicily, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! This was our second trip booked with them. Their attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring every aspect of our vacation was perfect. We didn’t have to think about anything during our 14 day trip because everything was laid out and planned for us. The trip just kept getting better and better as the days went on, so much so that we didn’t want to leave on our last day. That’s when you know it was a fantastic trip! Highly recommend them for anyone looking to plan a memorable vacation and make memories that will last a lifetime. A special thanks to Lisa who is always a pleasure to work with.

We worked with Jean to set up a 30th Anniversary trip to Italy. She was a delight to work with. It had been a while since we travelled and she was prompt and thorough in answering our (many) questions. She gave us options for hotels, and the ones we picked were perfect. She had suggestions for each city - HIGHLY recommend the food tours if she suggests one. We gave her a desired budget, and she helped us come in under it. And the bonus tips we got with the final packet was great! The time and stress she saved us in setting this up was worth what we paid and then some. I will work with Plaza Travel again.

This was our first trip to Italy and the first time we used a travel advisor in decades and we were so happy we did. After meeting with Lisa a few times she really understood what we wanted and understood what we needed.
