Great experience with this company. Zoubir arrived as scheduled and quickly determined the problem which was a blocked drain. He cleared the blockage, cleaned the drain and installed another access point to the pipe to make future cleaning easier. He cleaned up the working area and put the washing machine back in place. He explained the problem in a way which I understood and even better - he gave me valuable tips to help prevent future problems. My 'formation' is complete! I would highly recomment his work and his approach to explaining the issues and giving valuable lessons for managing my home plumbing in a better way.

Quick and efficient service on a complicated job. Found a solution to a “mission impossible” problem. Plumber (forget his name, starts with a z) was very Friendly. Will definitely use them again.

Long story short, I found this company on google because I needed the drains of my house to be opened up. They ended up doing their job, even though my friend who is a contractor was the one who helped them find the exact location of the draining issue (they wanted to tear up way more of the wall). Whatever, that isin’t even the main issue. The big problem was the guy on the phone. It was probably the worse customer service experience. For one, PLEASE MAKE SURE that you clarify EXACTLY the amount it will cost you and make sure they send you a quotation. They said a price and when the guys finished a 4 hour jobs, it ended up being 1600$ tax in. They on their own added a helper for 200$ (without telling me), told me the camera 100$ on the phone but on the spot it ended up being 300$, they gave me a hourly rate of 105$ (350$ for the first) but ended up charging 85$ per 30 minutes. To make it worse, when I called back the same gentlemen on the phone was so rude and kept saying I was clear that’s it that’s all. Even though him and the employee at my house said two different things. Ultimately, the job was done but I did not enjoy the lack of clarity and honesty in their work. As I said, if ever you wish to work with this company, make sure everything is writing and clear because added surcharges is like adding confettis on a cake for them
