I bought the toilet from Rona + and took Rona installation service, they hired Plomberie Jet D’Eau Plumbing Company and very happy with both companies! Plomberie Jet D’eau was very good in communication. The company, Alexandre and his coworker were very timely and efficient work, left work area clean 👍🏻, I definitely recommend them. Thank you Jocelyn, Marie Claude and team, great experience.

They are also a subcontractor of Rona, they came at the proper time frame that we agreed on, they were careful to not damage any walls or floors which is important for me, since our experiences in the past with other suppliers wasn’t very good. So, in over all they did a great job, nothing to complain about, this is why they get a 5 star review.

Please be aware of this company, a subcontractor of Rona, and watch them working all the time. They installed my hot water heater through Rona installation this April. They opened my shower drain lid to drain water without my consent, when I was not at the site. They did not show me all the pages when I signed the papers. After they left, I found my drain broken. I contacted Rona and Jet d'eau 2020 to try reaching out for a resolution. Despite multiple attempts to contact Rona and Jet d’Eau 2020, neither company has responded to my concerns. I can't use my shower now. I strongly advise anyone hiring them to closely monitor their work and review all documents carefully before signing.
