Plomberie Drain Eau Inc. - Plombier Laval

Recently I had a terrible experience with this plumbing company. Honestly, they operate like scammers. They demanded payment before even explaining what the issue was, what needed to be fixed, or what the cost would be. For almost three weeks, I kept asking for proper details, and every time I was told, “I’ll send you the information now”—but nothing ever came. In the end, I was forced to pay $250 for just 30 minutes of work, without receiving any breakdown of the problem or the solution. I was only able to join by phone since I was at work, but the plumber pressured me, saying I had to pay immediately or they wouldn’t leave my home. That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This is by far the most disgraceful service I have ever dealt with. I strongly warn others to avoid them. I am considering filing a complaint with the consumer protection department and exploring legal action.
