Worst customer experience ever. Owner repeatedly told me he could not fix my leaking tap as he could not recognize the brand (i did send many pics of it) ; he convinced to purchase a new one. When the guy came over to my house he installed the exact same one (yes, the one he could not figure out what brand it was) and charged me 500cad. This is a joke !

Very poor experience working with this company. I recommend avoiding at all costs. They charge less than some plumbers but take repeated visits to fix problems and left me without a flushing toilet for almost THREE months with plenty of weak, unapologetic excuses for not ordering the part I needed, run-around and multiple bills. I flushed my toilet with a bucket of water for the better part of the winter.

Terrible service, we ask them for a quote for a work, they asked to be paid to do the quote for the diagnostic, we paid them; they never provided the quote!!! After we called them multiple times and realized they completely forgot to make any quote, they asked to come back onsite to re-diagnostic. We asked for a refund and not to be provided the quote given their lack of professionalism (it was more than 1 month after they came). They quickly sent us a random quote which states that it is completely "approximate", and indeed it wasn't related whatsoever to the work we needed to be done! And they still won't give any refund even after they got caught so clearly forgetting to provide the service we paid them for! Completely dishonest, avoid at all cost.

I booked an appointment with a plumber, took a day off from work to wait for the plumber and he did not show up. I called the plumber and said that he was not coming because he was waiting for an answer from the supplier about the pieces that he needed. They never called me to tell me they were waiting for the supplier and left me waiting on my day off, that I took specially to wait for the plumner, without any update.
