From the moment I called Plomberie JJ, I knew I was in good hands. Jordano was courteous and we planned a schedule to complete work in all 3 units of my Triplex. They arrived on time, were professional, and very friendly. The level of expertise was quickly apparent as they planned their day and they provided a clear explanation of their schedule. Their work was completed diligently, and they cleaned up after everything. They changed nearly 20 valves through the 3 units, a sump pump and a faucet. Jordano even went to get me a sump pump from the store which was an unexpected gesture as verifying the sump pump wasn't part of the original service call. What impressed me most was the level of professionalism and how I was kept aware of the work they were doing. I was provided with a detailed invoice that outlined the services rendered and the cost of everything. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and the price was very reasonable for the value received. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable, high-quality plumbing services. Their professionalism, skill, and customer service are unmatched. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!

Amazing service. I had a leak/pipe break in one of my apartments. Marco was suggested to me by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. He took the time over the phone to try and understand the problem and made sure that plumbers were promptly sent where help was needed! Within a few hours everything was fixed and taken care of. What a great experience! I had a plumbing emergency and Marco stayed on the phone with me the whole time, reassuring me that it was fine. He took the time to explain where the issue was coming from and how to go about it. He informed me that the condo had a 24/7 emergency service number we can call for assistance. Super nice, knowledgeable, and professional fellow replaced our mixing valve. Normally they don't do work in Longueuil, due to the distance, but since I was referred to them by my building's property manager, they made an exception. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
