Amazing service. I had a leak/pipe break in one of my apartments. Marco was suggested to me by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. He took the time over the phone to try and understand the problem and made sure that plumbers were promptly sent where help was needed! Within a few hours everything was fixed and taken care of. I would not hesitate to refer him more business and will definitely be calling him if I have any other plumbing needs. Punctual, well priced and professional!
What a great experience! I had a plumbing emergency and Marco stayed on the phone with me the whole time, reassuring me that it was fine. He took the time to explain where the issue was coming from and how to go about it. He informed me that the condo had a 24/7 emergency service number we can call for assistance.
