These guys are Rock stars! We bought a house riddled with plumbing related issues. They respond and arrive quickly, aren't afraid to explain their work and are friendly AND professional. Only plumber we'll ever call !

If you can avoid using this service then it's best that you do. McHenry drastically overcharged us for a camera inspection. The firm sent two young very polite however not very experienced plumbers and charged us $112 an hour for each plumber. Their boss just suddenly arrived in my basement unannounced. The firm then submitted a ridiculously high estimate that was so open ended that no thinking customer would sign it. We had another plumbing company come in and they charged less than half of what McHenry did and were able to fix the problem without doing the demolition that McHenry wanted to do. When a customer tries to reach McHenry Plumbing they get an answering service. Working with McHenry was a very frustrating experience.

McHenry has to be the best plumbing house in the city. They have bailed me out of emergency situations twice and I’ll be forever grateful to them. They have a lifetime customer in me that’s for sure. The first time was when the toilet in my en-suite wouldn’t flush. I called my regular plumber who never showed up despite numerous calls to him. He kept saying he was waiting for a part. Well 3 weeks later and he still didn’t have the part. That’s when I called McHenry and within 45 minutes the plumber was at my door. Yes he had to order a part for it but he returned the very next day with it and installed it. The second time was today when my kitchen sink was blocked. I called them in the morning and was told they were so busy that they couldn’t fit me in and recommended I call someone else. I explained that I was receiving dinner guests on Friday for the High Holidays and it would be very difficult having to run to the bathroom sink for water and for washing pots and pans. Carol called me back 2 minutes later and said they would send me a plumber either today or tomorrow and as it turned out, their plumber showed up this afternoon! That’s what I call service!
