Very disappointed with their after service. Our toilet is not working. We spoke to a rep, she said to send the picture, our address and the contractor’s information to them by email. She said I should expect and email back with the information to purchase the same part. Now, it has been 3 weeks and no response. Is this how they do business? Lie to their customers? I replied back twice to the email address and nothing. Terrible.

Plomberie JL was part of the team of tradespeople hired by Energir to replace and relocate the gas lines in our area. I had the fortune of having a great team work at my home. Both Shaun and Fadi were very professional doing their work. They took their time but were very quick at the same rate. Neat, tidy and extremely meticulous. And also very accommodating. They, at the request of their dispatcher, stayed past their shift to do the job. Being a tradesperson myself, I know how important it is to do good/great work and relate with clients. Shaun and Fadi were kind to my wife and I. And of course without mention, our dog, Archie. The receptionist/dispatcher (I forgot her name) was very thorough in scheduling our appointment as we were leaving for vacation shortly after the work was done. Instead of putting me on hold, she asked if she could call back with all of the information, to which she did. Not something you see/hear everyday. I will be calling Plomberie JL in the future for any plumbing issues I may have, and so should any of you reading this review. Sincerely, Rick Perrett
