We had to wait for their phone call for the arrival time on the day (i.e. they confirmed the arrival time only when they were about to finish their previous task). The job of unclogging our kitchen was done professionally, and was finished within one hour including replacing some leaking parts. Service charge was also very reasonable. We are very happy about the overall service.

As I had no idea about plumbing, or the service systems for it, I asked them many questions by calling in a late evening, and the help desk explained me everything so kindly. The service team arrived next morning, took less than 20 min to solve the problem. I really appreciate, and I will recommend your service team to others for sure.
