Long but must read. ‼️Additional update at the bottom‼️ Where do I begin?! So we had an issue with our plumbing. We had a foul smell, gurgling noises when we flushed our toilet and our sink backing up with water. Called this company because they are a 24/7 service. They were able to send a plumber to me the following day. I was so hopeful. Upon his arrival, I explained everything that was going on. He then went into our basement with nothing but a flashlight and after 10 minutes, said the pipes were fine and there was no blockage. He then found our septic tank, and noticed there was standing water. So his explanation immediately became that is was an issue with the septic system and to contact a specialist. Okay! We also had our vent pipe break on top of the roof that he DID fix « that alone cost almost $200 » So this entire visit cost $674.89. It took him less than one hour and nothing but the vent repaired. So fast forward to the following day. We had a specialist come in « not some random, an actual professional » and after 30 minutes, a special tool to clear the pipes and $200, the problem WAS A BLOCKAGE in the pipes. Everything is working fine now!!! I don’t normally complain about pricing but they didn’t do a damn thing for almost $700. So, now I will wait for your response as a business….. although I already know that you’re going to justify your prices as well as state that you did what you were supposed to do. As that is what you do with all of your bad reviews. But in reality, you know you did not! As much as I know we all have to make a living, it’s a shame that some businesses are so eager to take advantage of people in hard situations. So all of this being said, I will NEVER recommend this company and although one lost customer won’t hurt you much, word of mouth goes a long way! ‼️UPDATE‼️ About a week ago, the company « Carolyn specifically » reached out to me after reading my review. She stated she would speak with her colleague and get back to me to see what can be done about the above issue. Well a week later, still nothing has been done, not even a return phone call. So add bad customer service to this review!
