We’ve been using Chelmsford Gas Services for a few years now and recently signed up to their boiler plan. It’s reassuring having the same engineers attend, and they’re always professional, honest and friendly. Joanne in the office is also really helpful. Appointments and repairs are arranged quickly, and the boiler plan has been great value for money. Overall, we’re really pleased with the service and always recommend them to friends and family.

Just had our Viessmann boiler serviced by Bam. Was given a 2 hour arrival window and can track journey. Bam arrived spot on 9.00am. Exceptionally polite. Diligently explained what he was going to do and after being shown where boiler was began work. As he went through he explained what he was doing and also how to adjust the pressure correctly. After a thorough service and comprehensive check Bam was finished. Overall an excellent experience and want to thank Bam personally for a fantastic service. Will definitely be using again and hopefully will be Bam again. Thanks

Bam did a great job for us, capping an old gas pipe at our home that was no longer needed. He was very polite, professional and tidy with his work and completed the job within an hour. Would highly recommend Bam, and will be in contact for future work.

We needed our cooker connected up and I like to use local companies. We'll, they don't come much more local than Chelmsford Gas Services. When making the appointment they were very professional and helpful and didn't rush me. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. The kept in contact via text and email right up to the point of being able to track the engineer on the day of the appointment. When the engineers arrived they were very courteous and polite. They did the job very efficiently but took the time to answer any questions I had. Their work was very clean, tidy and they didn't leave a mess. They carried out all the safety checks you'd expect before leaving. I'm very pleased with the service they provided.
