I had a leaking faucet that wouldn’t stop dripping, and the plumber fixed it quickly. He was on time, very professional, and explained the repair in detail. The cost was fair, and he made sure everything was sealed properly. It feels good to have a reliable service I can trust. I’ll definitely call again if needed.

I called them Sunday to do a job. They said $85 to come have a look. After their visit, it went to $250+ whether, I fix it or not. If I went with their recommendation, it would be $550. So I had no choice but to go ahead. Then we learned, it was not the issue and the issue required additional parts, so plumber went to get parts and said it’s another additional cost. End of the day I paid $800 to seal and fix the floor flange. They also said that’s a bargain with $150 discount for the dry wall they cut, which they cannot fix so I have to do that myself. Luckily, I feel the plumber did a good job. But pricing wise, I think it could have been better and I almost felt like I had no choice but to go ahead. Be careful and do your due diligence and be ready to pay premium.
