I used Mr. Rooter earlier this year and was so impressed I called them back for a clogged bathroom sink I couldn't clear myself. As I had had exorbitant 'emergency' prices for a weekend job from another company years back, I waited til Monday as I didn't want to get hit with a weekend call charge, and was surprised to find out that Mr. Rooter's prices are the same, no matter time of day, or weekend call, so I could have called on Saturday. They only charge a reasonable call-out fee, which is waived if you go ahead with work, so you can't complain about that. I also like that they give you a 3-hour window. And they call you half an hour before arrival. Unheard of!! I was lucky enough to be able to request Peter again. He is so professional, genuine, polite, respectful of your home, (I kept telling him to leave his shoes on to go to the basement, and he'd take them off and carry them from the furnace room) and just a pleasure to deal with. He cleaned the sink, and floor around it. I'm giving Peter 5 stars, and Mr. Rooter 4.5 stars as I felt price a bit high. However, to be fair to Mr. Rooter, I hadn't had a sink clog in 30 years, so my idea of pricing might be a little out-of-date... I do know they were reasonable for my toilet replacement earlier this year. I will definitely refer, and continue to use, Mr. Rooter.

Fantastic experience with the team at Mr. Rooter this week! I called to have my kitchen faucet replaced and they came the next day to give me a quote. Habib Hosseini went out of his way to purchase the exact faucet I was looking for and came the following day to replace it. All in all everyone was friendly, timely, and got the job done! Very happy with how everything went.

I just had an extremely stressful experience where the main drain pipe from my old Toronto house collapsed. I could not use any water in my house. I am so glad I called Mr Rooter. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and provided great communication throughout the process from assessing the issue to completing the pipe replacements. It was a huge job to put it lightly. They had to dig a 13 foot hole under my porch. They also called me the next day to make sure everything was good. I can’t recommend them enough.

Victoria was really great to work with. She was able to take care of the problem despite several unusual challenges. All throughout the process Victoria communicated clearly and provided really helpful recommendations and explanations for what had gone wrong and what needed to be done.
