I feel like this plumbing company took advantage of me. My toilet was not working. I called them and they agreed to come and fix it that same day. They did not ask me about the brand or name of my toilet at all over the phone. When the plumber came arrived at my home, he told me he was able to fix the issue, however he did not have the parts on him. as a result of not having the parts on him, the plumber would need to come back with the parts again and charge me again. Because I was desperate to get my toilet fixed as a unit is tenanted, I did agree for them to come back and fix it. They charged me half the price of the regular fee to fix it when they came back later that afternoon. However, I believe they should have asked me what brand of toilet I had during their first visit prior to even coming to my home, to ensure that they came with all the proper parts and tools that they required to fix it. I would not recommend using this company. I have used other plumbers who came with large trucks containing all the required parts to fix whatever issues were occurring during their first assessment. I can’t understand how you would come to fix someone’s toilet and not bring parts that are required to fix it. I also can’t understand why they did not ask on the phone what type of toilet it was to ensure they had all necessary parts on them.

Justin and his team did a fantastic job installing our water softener and water filter. Justin was very professional from start to finish and the quality of work speaks for itself. His prices are reasonable, and we'd use his services again. Highly recommended. Thanks again Justin!
