New to the concept of having a water softener we went to the showroom in April and met Glenn. Glenn gave us a comprehensive overview of softeners, the choices, benefits and we were able to see one fitted. Fast forward to July and a request for a quote, quote came back quickly along with assistance with the drinking water tap we were planning to have fitted. The Kinetico premier compact was fitted this month and we are delighted, not only that we have a softener but the exceptional service we have received. It is really easy to fill and seems moderately maintenance free. We've had two callouts, for relatively minor queries, both of them were taken seriously by the admin staff and by the visiting engineers who seem to know their products very well. Today, Peter responded to a query for what I thought was a slight water leak. After a comprehensive investigation, Peter found the issue, (a misdirected overflow pipe) and sorted the issue out completely. He arrived on time for the appointment, worked neatly, explained the issue thoroughly, (and in terms that I could understand) and was very polite. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants good products and excellent services.

We contacted Basingstoke Water Softeners when our old water softener needed replacing, and we received great service from them. They came round promptly to assess our requirements, and their quote was competitive, given the post-installation support that they were also offering. We did not have to wait long to have a new softener fitted and the plumber who came was efficient and friendly and gave us lots of advice about aftercare.
