If I could give more stars, I definitely would! We have an older farmhouse with some outdated plumbing, and many larger companies seemed clueless about it when they did come out. However, Walter came right away and quickly identified the issue. We had a pipe break underneath the house, causing a big leak. None of the big companies were available to help us since it was a Sunday. But Walter responded almost instantly and kept me informed about when he would arrive. He did an excellent job, worked quickly, and there was no hassle at all. Plus, the cost was surprisingly low compared to other plumbers. He is fantastic, and I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Chase & Sons Plumbing. Blake and his team are a joy to work with. They provide clear explanations of the job and all available options, keeping you in the loop throughout the entire process. They switched our house from septic to sewer and also rerouted some pipes inside. The work was completed on schedule, and they were very considerate of our dogs when coming in and out of the house and yard. My drain pipe was constantly getting clogged, and I couldn't figure out why. Every time it happened, I had to call a plumber, but they couldn't pinpoint the issue. I kept paying for someone to snake my drain, which only provided a temporary fix. Walter kept his promise and returned to my home after hours to inspect my drain pipe with a camera. He was able to identify the root of the problem and provided a clear estimate for the necessary repairs. Walter took his time and really went above and beyond to determine what was causing the clogs. He didn't leave until almost 9:00 p.m., and I was very pleased when he finished. I would definitely recommend this plumbing service to my friends and family in the future. While there may be some complaints about other plumbing services, it's important to remember that each one operates independently.

i arrived home to find a large puddle of water on my kitchen floor, which was quite alarming since it was coming from the ceiling. i called chase & sons plumbing first thing in the morning, and within just five minutes, a technician named frank returned my call and arranged an appointment for me the following morning. walter arrived right on time, waiting patiently for about 15 minutes until i got back. i was really impressed and grateful that they were punctual—i've had other companies that would have canceled my appointment. walter did an outstanding job. he had to open up my ceiling, and it turned out that my old toilet was leaking. he went out, got a new toilet, replaced the old one, and fixed the drywall. he even cleaned up after himself! he started working at 8:30 am and was done by 2 pm. as a woman, it's often tough to find honest repairmen, but walter was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. plus, he spoke spanish, which helped him explain everything in detail to my mom and dad, who had lots of questions. i highly recommend chase & sons plumbing and especially walter. i have two more toilets to replace, and i will definitely be calling them again and specifically requesting walter.
