We bought a home in an older neighborhood with a lot of trees.After being in there for a few weeks we had a back up caused by the roots of the tree. We called Plumbway and they came out quickly and assessed the problem. The next day they sent a crew of four guys and they started digging up where the problem was. They took four days from start to finish to get our problem solved and we had use of our toilets again. We’ve had no problems since. I would highly recommend this company as the contractor’s were very professional and knowledgeable. They kept us apprised of what’s they were doing everyday. Very dependable and on time. Very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. If you have any problems with your plumbing this company should be your first call.

The owner and technician assured the valve installed is new. Evidently it is not, which I had concerns with since it wasn't capped and will not be used for a long time. They offered to cap it eventually. The service was friendly. The overall experience though was not a positive one, given their integrity, difficulty in scheduling from the technician, and value of service.

Superb service. My positive experience started with an immediate response to get plumbers on-site to help a relative in a older house with many issues. Fred’s ongoing communication, professionalism and kindness to my relative was outstanding and truly above and beyond. The recommendations and clean-up/fixing and new installation by the team were also top notch. Pricing was reasonable, and as estimated.

I wish there is anything less the 1 star so I can reward them. Totally miss guidance over the phone for service charges it will be adjusted in repair fee. Once their plumber came and gave me very high price for repairs and I didn't have any other choice then get it repaired at high price. After that repair when I get quote from another plumber they gave me less then half of the price I got it repaired from Plumbway. After talking to their office regarding service fee and charges. She was rude over the phone. I hope this review will help someone to get ripoff from Plumbway.
