The loft cold water and expansion tank stand was poorly built, cracked, and the whole setup was on the verge of falling through the ceiling. So we have decided to get it repaired, and change the tanks. Chaz responded quickly to my request for a quote email, and I was so pleased to see a breakdown of material cost, labour and his ideas of how he could approach the repair. Chaz has a great work ethic, is very organised and in general is very easy to work with. He did a great job on changing the tanks, rearranging the pipes, and at the end of it we also got a bit of a loft conversion. We are very happy and if we have any plumbing that needs doing, we will definitely would like to work with Chaz again! Thank you for making the whole process so straightforward!

Highly recommend Chas. Having been let down by two plumbers, he changed our hot water cylinder for a larger one. He was punctual to the minute, did a great job, left everything clean and tidy, and was very professional and helpful throughout. Would definitely use Chas again in the future.
