I would highly recommend Mark. He was very prompt to get in touch with me after I rung a Man that had relocated. I explained the problem and he gave a worse case scenario price which was nice to know in advance. He came when it suited myself, arrived on time and very personable that made me feel at ease straight away. His assessment of the front door lock problem was very thorough and gave it a decent amount of time and tests to see if it could be fixed first. He explained the mechanic's of the door so I completely understood. It did need replacing which I was very happy with. Mark was quick and efficient without the feeling of being rushed. He also kindly tested out a stiff window, sprayed it and advised on what to do to make it operate better. I will be recommending him to anyone I know and will of course use his services again if I needed them.

A fantastic service. We'd lost the only key to our garage door. Mark came out the same day I called, got the door open really quickly and cleanly and replaced the lock with a new one, all done in about twenty minutes.
