This was my first visit to this clinic & i was very happy with the service, welcome from reception staff & the on-time appointment with Dr Abdul Jabbar. He listened & acted to my symptoms I presented with with professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic. It makes such a pleasant change to see a Doctor that is on time & in my case be seen before my appointment time ( I was early for my appointment) I understand you can't always be seen on time due to unforeseen circumstances but when you are, it makes a difference. Especially too to be given an appointment in the same day. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Abdul & this practice.

Really positive experience. Front reception staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient; minimal wait time; Dr was thorough and Nurse provided treatment with compassion and competence. It is rare to receive this standard across all interactions within a practice. Well done 😊

Had an appointment at 2:10 pm, it’s almost 2:50 pm still waiting. Was there with my wife, who just gave birth to a child 5 days ago. She was having very much difficulty to wait for a long time. Receptionist knows that doctor is running late, wouldn’t it be great just to inform us rather than make us waiting, waiting and waiting. This is not the first time. Only taking money and not providing good service, I think it’s not good. I think management must take it seriously.

Everytime I visit the clinic I have a bad experience. It’s been twice and with the same doctor, Dr. Abdul Aslam. This time it was my 6 month old baby, the doctor was in a rush as usual and didn’t assess my son. He even ignored all the issues I raised which were concerning about my little one and said it’s nothing it will go away, if it gets worst bring him again. Why would someone wait for things to get worst and not prevent it in the first place before it gets worst.
