Jill our PM and has been fantastic, if we need anything she is always on it. PMI has been great so far with no issues. The home is a new build with everything brand new. My only downfall is the house does not have ceiling fans, not a deal breaker just stinks in the summer time. Other than that no issues with management they’re always on top of it.

We have enjoyed our time in our Nashville home, with no issues thus far with PMI Middle Tennessee! Move in was easy and hassle-free, and the RentVine site is easy to use to pay our rent online each month. Todd sends out reminders about prepping the house for winter and tips for saving electricity. We receive air filters for the HVAC automatically when they need to be replaced. I have no complaints and have enjoyed working with Jean on repairs (always quickly and efficiently taken care of) to live in such a beautiful place! Thanks for a great experience!
