I’ve come here off and on for years and I’m always treated the same. Very kind and caring staff. Today I went in for what I thought was to place my permanent crown and I must’ve mixed up that with another cleaning appointment that I had. They were very accommodating and did both! The hygienist that I worked with today also was so gentle and did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth. Thank you!

Let me tell you the story of my visits to Po Dentistry. On the first visit Dr Po found like 11 cavities, most of which were small ones in between the teeth. This was a major payoff for Po Dentistry, but a surprise to me because my previous dentist looked at the same teeth and only found 3. One of my molars had been bothering me though so I really wanted this fixed. They x-rayed it and determined that it was a horizontal crack and decided that it was safe to drill away most of the tooth and apply a crown. Soon after this procedure the gum above that tooth began to swell and ache. I went back and was met with skepticism that I had an abscess, until they took an x-ray and it was confirmed. So they said I needed a root canal and referred me to a specialist. The specialist they referred me to was not in my insurance network so I found another but it took months to get in. Months of discomfort. When I finally was able to see this specialist he informed me that the tooth had a vertical crack meaning that Dr Po had sealed bacteria inside the root with the crown. A root canal was impossible, instead the tooth needed extracted. So more waiting and I went to an oral surgeon and had the tooth extracted. No more pain finally. I chalked it up as an honest mistake and in Dr Po’s defense she had her management team return my out of pocket expense for the crown, but I am fairly certain that they banked the insurance money. It has been months since this happened but I was not going to write a review. But then the filings started falling out in the other teeth. This has changed my mind about not complaining online. With these experiences I really cannot recommend this dental office to anyone. Seems like a money grab.

Literally the kindest team of humans I have ever encountered. From the desk to the doctors. I started with them 6 years ago after being scarred from a botched wisdom teeth surgery. I fell off again after a few appointments and they never once judged me when I returned, just voiced concern. Recently, I had to have a minor procedure which included Novocain. As a child, I had to have almost all of my teeth removed because they didn’t fall out on their own. I can’t count the amount of times I had needles in my mouth. I went in confidently but turned into a ball of nerves the second I sat in the chair. When I tell you how KIND the hygienist and doctor were.. so unbelievably compassionate and patient. I was visibly shaking and the doctor kept talking to me, telling me to breathe and would work based off of my cues. The hygienist was also an absolute saint. They are a small office and they do get booked out for months. I understand why. Why would you want to go anywhere else??? Thank you for being incredible, you all deserve so much more recognition than I can give.

Prior to coming here, I'd been away from the dentist for about ten years due to a terrible experience when I was younger. Dr. Po and Dr. Baird both worked with me to get my dental care caught up to date and did so with immense compassion and kindness. After hearing about my prior experience, they worked with me to come up with a treatment plan that slowly got me comfortable with being back in the chair. I would recommend them both without a moment's hesitation. Additionally, the dental hygienists are friendly, kind, and attentive, always checking on your comfort level. I trust this place implicitly.
