I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this law office. Over three years ago, I signed a contract with them and paid over $20,000 for their services. They promised me a process that, according to them, should take up to two years. I live outside the U.S., but I trusted them because they presented themselves as professional and reliable. After patiently waiting the initial two years, they suddenly sent me more forms to fill out and extended the process by another year. I trusted their explanation and complied. However, when that extra year passed, I began requesting updates. At first, they sent a couple of emails and asked me to complete yet more forms. Then they told me to call them or provide my phone number for a callback even though they already had all my contact information. Despite my repeated attempts and over a dozen emails sent they stopped responding entirely. They never called, never followed up, and provided no explanation. From my experience, it seems they relied on the fact that I am not in the U.S. and therefore had limited ability to hold them accountable. I feel deceived, ignored, and taken advantage of. I keep all the documents and information since the first day. I would be happy to share it there is any type of help I can receive.
