I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this law office. Over three years ago, I signed a contract with them and paid over $20,000 for their services. They promised me a process that, according to them, should take up to two years. I live outside the U.S., but I trusted them because they presented themselves as professional and reliable. After patiently waiting the initial two years, they suddenly sent me more forms to fill out and extended the process by another year. I trusted their explanation and complied. However, when that extra year passed, I began requesting updates. At first, they sent a couple of emails and asked me to complete yet more forms. Then they told me to call them or provide my phone number for a callback even though they already had all my contact information. Despite my repeated attempts and over a dozen emails sent they stopped responding entirely. They never called, never followed up, and provided no explanation. From my experience, it seems they relied on the fact that I am not in the U.S. and therefore had limited ability to hold them accountable. I feel deceived, ignored, and taken advantage of. I keep all the documents and information since the first day. I would be happy to share it there is any type of help I can receive.

Scam! Be aware!I feel compelled to share my recent experience with the Law Offices of D. Robert Jones. Although the firm is still appearing as open and operating on Google, I recently discovered that a key individual involved in my family member’s immigration case has been indicted for visa fraud. This situation has caused significant stress and uncertainty for us. I believe it’s important for others to be aware of this context before seeking services. Please do thorough research and consider the current legal circumstances before moving forward. I hope that transparency can help others navigate similar situations.
