I originally signed up on what I was told was a month-to-month contract, with the assurance that I could cancel anytime. Shortly after joining, I was aggressively pressured by the manager to enroll in a training program, which I eventually got out of. When I went to cancel my membership, I was told I had to pay for an additional month, which I accepted. However, I was charged for extra months beyond that. Even more frustrating, more than a year later, I am still receiving sales emails from your company despite cancelling them multiple times. These repeated emails are unwanted and frustrating. Please stop sending them immediately.

Point fitness is a great, locally owned gym. They will work with your needs unlike big commercial gyms. It is always clean and safe. Staff are very nice, especially Godfrey, he is the man! Made a really big difference on my experience at the gym!
