I’m extremely disappointed with the services provided by Poll-to-Poll Immigration. I applied for my sister’s visitor visa application more than a year ago, and the process has been nothing but frustrating. Ritti Bhatia initially told me there was an issue with the IRCC portal, but how is it possible that this issue hasn’t been resolved in such a long time? It just feels like an excuse now. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication — no updates, no returned calls, no replies to messages or emails. I’ve been patient, but this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I feel completely ignored and misled. I trusted them with something so important, and I regret that decision. Definitely not recommended! I didn't receive any UCI and application Number as well! How can I believe even if application was ever submitted ?

Fraud Alert! Fraud Alert! Firstly I really don’t want to put that kind of review but Ritu put me in situation to do that. I hired ritu as a consultant for my parents super visa file more than 1.5 years ago.Now last 4-5 months I tried to reach her but she didn’t answer. I did everything to reach to her like email phone calls and I am from BC and i sent my friends over to her office but its closed too. Then last week I put the review for all the situation and she contacted me in 5 mins.She told me she has hard time and I understand that and I just told her that I just want to hire somebody else and just need my credentials.She told me she ia going to contact me in 4 days and going to give me everything. Today is 2nd or 3rd week I am trying to call her she is not picking my call and making excuses.Now I am in doubt did she even applied the file or Not. I really don’t know what to do.But this is the first step towards it and just make sure guys to get your information when applying from consultant.I will probably to have involve local police, IRCC and probably social media to get my files.The worst decision is hiring that kind of consultant.
